A selection of five maps for short TTRPG dungeon crawls. Each includes tactical movement squares though map units and cardinal directions are left ambiguous so that you can pick whatever works best for your table! Original dungeon geomorphs (different combinations of which are used in each map) from the D&D Essentials Kit but the maps should be usable in a variety of TTRPG systems. Individual geomorphs were digitized and assembled afterwards by this creator. Feel free to disregard or adapt the descriptions below if you have a different setting in mind for using these maps!

Map 1 - The Lair of the Bokin

An ancient dungeon--long since picked clean by generations of adventurers--has become the home of a dangerous creature: the bokin. This large, quasi-humanoid bat creature would normally not warrant a bounty but after the disappearance of some townsfolk from a nearby village, the queen has put a price on the creature's head. The royal blacksmith is offering an additional reward for the retrieval of an intact acid gland from the monster--this organ's contents being a peerless tool for the fine etching of steel armor and weapons.

Map 2 - The Sewers of Adirilan

The great city of Adirilan is home to many wonders, perhaps the least glamorous of which is its impressive wastewater system. Beneath the bustling city streets lie a network of dank, twisting tunnels and fetid pools of greywater. After a string of jewel heists, a clue has been found linking the thieves' seemingly miraculous escapes to this warren and the jewelers union has decided to hire a capable team to find the thieves and recover the stolen merchandise.

Map 3 – The Ice Mines of Kithrier

After humanity spread throughout the galactic spiral, resources like water and air became even more critical than they had been on old Earth. Resource extraction colonies were founded in brutal, often barely-habitable systems for the sole purpose of supplying wealthier and more livable systems with the basic resources they required to persist. Kithrier is one such colony: little more than a ball of ice minded by automated mining robots of limited sentience. Ice deliveries have abruptly ceased so a team has been dispatched to the control center of Kithrier to repair the glitch and restart the flow of critical ice from the colony.

Map 4 – The Crypts of Goliere

Golierian society is highly divided by social caste in all but one realm: death. Regardless of wealth or position in life, all of the dead are laid to rest in sprawling crypts. These crypts are regularly maintained by local folk and small offerings of fruit, flowers, candles, and incense are often left at the graves. Recently, those in charge of such offerings for the southermost crypt of Goliere have reported missing offerings, damaged graves, and unsettling, childlike laughter echoing from an unseen source. These incidents have become bad enough that someone must be sent to ensure that the dead can rest.

Map 5 – Solar Reactor Beta

Placing solar panels on the surface of a planet to harvest energy was deemed inefficient by the end of the 22nd century. Instead, a space station complex could be placed into stable orbit around the sun itself (just outside of solar flare range) and much more efficiently gather and package energy for use elsewhere. As you might expect, these installations are monstrously expensive to build and maintain so even the slightest variation in the data reported by onboard diagnostics is investigated thoroughly and promptly. Going completely dark after an 'all systems clear' report is very much not a "slight" variation so a the contractor team dispatched to find and repair the fault is being paid commensurate with the importance of their role. However, while solar reactor Beta's systems remain offline, the stable orbit begins to decay and threatens sending the entire installation rather too close to the surface of the sun for optimal energy capture.
